Returns Damaged Product Returns
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 14 days from the date of purchase. If there is no exchange or repair we have the right to impose up to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds or credit will be granted after 14 days. The terms of the manufacturer’s warranty will still apply - please contact the manufacturer directly. Defective returns freight will be eligible for reimburse by Ultrasonics Depot upon evaluation by manufacturer. Warranty Product Returns
Items we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We include such information in the product details for each item, when available. The manufacturer warrants their products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Repair or replacement may be issued for any product which is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty. Small package product items being warranty returned within the first 30 days of purchase will be eligible for freight reimbursed by Ultrasonics Depot after thorough evaluation by manufacture as to cause. All large system products will be warranty by verbal and may be on-site by manufactures rep. The product manufacturer must be contacted directly to address all warranty issues. In many cases, the manufacturer can diagnose and resolve product concerns over the phone. If manufacturer info on manuals is not readily available; Ultrasonics Depot may be contacted for info.
